Industrial Control Technology
The Industrial Control Technology unit (ICT4) is a representation of an industrial assembly system that allows the study of control methods used in product assembly and inspection as in a manufacturing process. Industrial sensors of various types are used and the methods, in which they can be applied are studied. The Sensors and actuators are used to sort components, assemble them and test for correct assembly followed by acceptance or rejection. The unit can be controlled from a PLC using the 24v dc on board connections or from a PC thru the USB on board connection. (ICT4)
Smart Factory
The automatics Smart Factory allows students to get the experience of a number of processes and technologies commonly used in manufacturing and modern-day industry 4.0 principles. This includes conveyor systems, sensing systems, pneumatic pick and place technology, DC motor drivers and stepper motor drivers. The smart factory is completely self contained and can be stored away in one of our standard trays. The smart factory can be used with Siemens (or other brand) 12V or 24V PLC.
BLDC Motors and Vector Control PMSM Drives Training System
The BLDC Motor and Vector Control PMSM Drives Training System introduces the student to the permanent magnet synchronous machine (PMSM). This type of machine is used in a wide range of modern applications such as computers, household appliances, and electric vehicles. The training system covers the operation and characteristics of two types of motor that use PMSM technology: the brushless dc (BLDC) motor and the PMSM drive. It also deals with the most common types of modulation used to implement BLDC motors (six-step 120° modulation and six-step PWM) and PMSM drives (vector control). (8010-J)

Electric Vehicle Machine (Motor) Trainer
The electric vehicle machine (motor) training system is an excellent training device that clearly shows students the inter-relationships between all components. The Nissan Leaf electric vehicle machine (motor) system works in conjunction with the components of Electric Motor with the Battery and the Inverter System. The entire system is mounted on a floor stand with lockable caster wheels for easy mobility in the lab or workshop. Color graphics are included to further enhance easy understanding the principles and functions with in the electric vehicle motor systems.
Automated Half Car Trainer
These series of trainers are based on half cut car bodies which have been fully reconditioned and specially modified for training. These units facilitate the training of the participant to understand the major principles concerning operation and service of vehicles. The student can understand both the integration & operation of the car engine with the electrical, braking, steering, suspension and air conditioning systems. (TVH-HCT-1)
Sectioned Automotive Vehicle Chassis, Electric Vehicle
The Sectioned Automotive Vehicle Chassis, Electric Vehicle enables the students to learn and become more familiar about electric vehicle (EV) main component and how to operate of electric vehicle. This sectioned electric vehicles is excellent for showing students the inter-relationships between components of an actual vehicle. All moving parts are easily observed and demonstrated. All sectioned components are color code painted for easy identification. The chassis is mounted on a moveable floor stand that can moved around for instruction purposes and for storage purposes.
